What is DSC?
A Digital Signature Certificate is a secure digital key that is issued by the certifying authorities
for the purpose of validating and certifying the identity of the person holding this certificate.
Digital Signatures make use of the public key encryptions to create the signatures.
A digital signature certificate (DSC) contains information about the user’s name, pin code,
country, email address, date of issuance of certificate and name of the certifying authority.
STEP-1: Apply through CSC Digital Seva Portal with self-attested KYC and other Required
Docuemnts.
STEP-2: Tax Genius will send the CAPRICORN printed application form to Applicant for fixing
his Colour Photo and Signing. After signing Scan the document and send it to
[email protected]
STEP-3: Applicant will receive Video Verification Link and SMS from CAPRICORN. He needs
to complete Video Verification and SMS Verification.
STEP-4: On successful completion of Video and SMS verifications, DSC gets approved and
USB Dongle with DSC keys will be dispatched to applicant address by speed post.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Click on the Taxation Services Icon of Tax Genius to get into the taxation
services landing page. Taxation Services Landing page will appear as shown
below-
This Landing page contains all the taxation services offered by Tax Genius LLP.
Click on the Digital Signature Certificate Icon to get into the DSC service
page.
Now you can see the below Digital signature certificate Service Page. Down load
the DSC Service Application Form to Applicant.
Fill the DSC transaction form as per the details furnished in DSC service
application form.
Alerts are being displayed on the page when Mandatory fields are left blank or
wrongly entered. Click on ok to correct the wrong entry.
Enter “Wallet PIN” Accept the Terms of Use and Click on “Pay Rs.1104”.
Given below is the copy of the email being sent to Applicant and VLE.
STEP-1: Within one working day Applicant Will be sent filled in application
form, sms and Video Link through email.
After Fixing Colour Photo and Signing the Form send the scanned copy to
[email protected]
STEP-2: Given below is the copy of the SMS being sent to Applicant by
CAPRICORN.
Forward the above SMS to 9212220059 from the Mobile number mentioned at
application form.
Once you Click on RECORD YOUR VIDEO, next screen will appear as shown
below: You can complete video verification trough Computer / Mobile as per
your choice.
If case of any Pending Documents, status will be updated in the CSC Portal and
email will be sent to Applicant and VLE. Given below is the copy of the email
being sent to Applicant and VLE-
Applicant or VLE can send the pending or missing documents as mention in the
e-mail or SMS to [email protected]
Choose a Valid ‘From Date’, ’To Date’, required ‘Status Type’ and click on
‘Get Details’.
Results are shown based on the performed Search Criteria. From the following
screen you can see the transaction report. VLE can see the pending application
remarks in the transaction report and submit the pending documents/information
to [email protected].
