NATURE OF BOUNDING STREETS IN RELATION TO THE LOT PLAN

 Molino-Zapote Road is a 6-lane high way that connects to Springville Avenue
(Alternative access to the site) that connects to Molino Paliparan Road and Daang Hari
Road (7-lane national highway) and that is mostly a strip of commercial establishments.

 The slope of the site is relatively flat with 2-3% slope.
 Few trees are present in the site.
 The site is surrounded by villages along with UV Express terminals.
 The site drainage flows through Zapote River
 The site is not susceptible to flooding, but shall still be considered in the design.

According to the Land Use Map and CLUP, the site falls under Low Density Commercial Zone
(C-1), but can be converted for a General/Specialized Hospital and Medical Center.
Establishments neaby the site can be seen in Map 11, 12, and 13.
