Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Mayor Knoll at 6:30 p.m.

73.2010 Greve: That the agenda for the April 5, 2010 meeting be accepted as amended.

Minutes
74.2010 Corbett: That the minutes of the March 15, 2010 regular meeting be adopted.
CARRIED.

75.2010 Reimer: That the following administration reports be accepted as presented:

Tree Purchase
77.2010 Greve: That the Town purchase 100 male poplar trees and 5 Amur maple from
Gaudet tree farm for an approximate cost of $100.00.
CARRIED.

Rosthern Hospital Foundation – Golf Tournament


78.2010 Corbett: That the Town purchase a bronze sponsorship for $200 to sponsor the
Rosthern Hospital Foundation annual golf tournament.
CARRIED.

Correspondence
79.2010 Isfeld: That the following correspondence be received and filed for information:
a) New Deal Grant
b) Access Communications
c) North Central Enterprise Region
d) Sam Enns
e) Gaudet Trees
f) Rosthern Hospital Foundation

Pat Reimer - Resignation


80.2010 Greve: That Council accept, with regret, Pat Reimer’s resignation as assistant
administrator effective August 31, 2010.
CARRIED.

Miscellaneous Property Interest


81.2010 Corbett: That the Town register an unpaid vendor interest on Lots 21-23, Block
7, Plan 83PA14549.
CARRIED.

SaskEnergy – Retirement of Gas Line


82.2010 Reimer: That the Town have SaskEnergy retire the natural gas main on Lots 21-
23, Block 7, Plan 83PA14549 at an estimated cost of $5,255.66.
CARRIED.

New Deal Agreement
83.2010 Isfeld: That the Town enter into a funding agreement extension under the Federal
Gas Tax Program for the years 2010-11 to 2013-14.
CARRIED.

Ladies’ Night Out Playground


84.2010 Reimer: That the Town allow the Ladies’ Night Out committee to erect a toddler
(0-5 years) playground on the MR (municipal reserve) on 10th Avenue at its cost,
and that concerned residents be advised that the Town will monitor the
playground and if it becomes a detriment to the area, it will be removed.
CARRIED.

Adjourn Janzen: That the meeting be adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
