Now a days there are many fast food restaurant that have technology and get new people
day by day. For example, McDonalds have computer games and very attractive lights that attack
new generations to go to eat there. However, there are many restaurants that need to start
modifying their service in other too succeed. We need to look for things that do new generations
in order to function these because the new generation are be the ones who consumes the most.
Many restaurants do not have new technology and is getting to a point that new
generations do not go because it seems old. Mexican restaurants should have more technology to
identify what they offer, and it would be easier to serve. I choose Palenque Grill, is a Mexican
restaurant located at McAllen, TX. New generations do not go to this place because they believe
they do not equip good. Technology can help the business grow, it stated, “Restaurants want to
deliver a flawless, convenient and enjoyable experience to their customers” (Gazdecki). This can
help to develop a better environment and better customer service for the good of the customers.
Palenque Grill is a Mexican Restaurant that does not have the necessary equipment for
people that live in the valley. There are many people that do not know about Mexican menus. For
this reason, we can provided technology in order to have an advanced menu that would help the
growth of revenues. Not having technology is a problem because people do not know or do not
be able to figure it out how Mexican restaurant offer to them. There are a many ingredients that
are good for people. There are restaurants that order online and pay online, that is an online
ordering platform that can help Palenque Grill employees to have ready food when people want
to come it. In the selection it state, “It’s easier to upsell through an online portal because there
are pictures of the items, which makes the offer more enticing to the eater.” (Gazdecki). That

There are many websites that argues there should not be a lot of technology in a
restaurant because is very dedicated working with food. People believe that is most constable to
have an IPad where many people and kids would be touching it. People think that there is many
people that can damage the IPad by pulling drinks or falling down. It would be expensive for the
company replace it with new IPads. The selection it stated, “An IPad can easily fall into a serve’s
apron, so it’s not tableside ordering tool” (restaurant manager). It is very dedicated working with
menu IPad but I believe it can be a tool that can help the restaurant revenues.
Palenque Grill restaurant can include IPADS in their tables in order to have a better service.
In the selection it stated “They can work flawlessly to meet and exceed the expectations and
desires of their unique customers” (Gazdecki). In this case, individuals would choose what they
want in their plates. Also, the IPADS would show the customer

After analyzing my research, I have concluded that when I open my restaurant, one thing
that I would offer would be IPad Menus. For this reason, there would be more people coming
in because we would offer high technology that would be easier for customers to consume
my food. Having visualization can be better than just having the name of a certain plate.
