Scope of Works:

1- Adjustment of bedding layer as required (laying and levelling is done by others).


2- Review of Contract specification and propose lining system/s achieving required design life
and free defect period warrantee, Program including expected duration, number of crew
personnel, working hours, and productivity.
3- Review of Contract specification and propose Drainage and leakage detection system
achieving required design life and free defect period warrantee.
4- Supply and installation of Geotextile (if required) as per proposed system by geomembrane
manufacturer.
5- Provide Shop drawings, method statement, and technical calculation.
6- Supply and installation of Geo composite (if required) as per proposed system by
geomembrane manufacturer.
7- Supply and installation for leakage detection and drainage system as indicated on design
drawings. (Please provide Level 1 Program of works including expected duration, number of
crew personnel, working hours, and productivity).
8- For liner, you are required to consider two options
A. liner Material is free issued by main contractor.
- Material shifting from Main contractor store to different working areas is done by
Subcontractor using his own equipment and manpower.
- Subcontractor to advise the quantity required for the works including overlapping,
wastage, samples etc
B. liner is supplied by Subcontractor
- Material receipt and offloading is done by Subcontractor equipment/manpower
- Material shifting from Main contractor store to different working areas is done by
Subcontractor using his own equipment and manpower.
(Please provide Level 1 Program of works including expected duration, number of crew personnel,
working hours, and productivity)
9- Supply and installation of HDPE liner on Spillway.
 The subcontractor shall allow for the following:
- Own arrangement for accommodation, Camp, transport, Flight.
- All testing of material as highlighted in contract specification.
- Sufficient time for safety induction approximately for 1 day for all staff and labour.
- Ay consumables accessories required for installation, fixing, welding, testing , etc.
- Provide proper PPE and small tools.
- Provide experienced qualified supervision and surveyors.
- Any items other than the bellow (provided by main contractor) required to complete the
works
 The Main contractor shall provide the following:
- Provide power connection, the subcontractor to advice requirement.
