Quotation for Bituminous Road Work

1. ROAD WORK - BOQ

Description Unit

Earth Excavation of depth 500mm and Construction of Sub-grade with compaction of two layers
(250mm each) with exacavated soil lying at site with all lifts & leads, spreading, grading to
required slope and compacted to meet your requirement. CUM

Construction of Granular sub-base 200mm thick ( Drainage Layer) by providing close graded
material (Grading l), carriage of Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor
grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired
density, all complete CUM

Construction of wet mix macadam 250 mm thick by providing graded stone aggregate by
mechanical means including premixing of material with water carriage of mixed material to site,
laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base and compacting with vibratory rollers to achieve the
desired density including all material, labour, machinery etc. all complete in two layers. CUM

Description Unit

Prime coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade 80/100.spraying the bitumen with
mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing road surface
(on WMM @1.0㎏/sqm) SQM

60mm thick providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) by HMP producing using
crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of grade 60/70 (VG 30)
@5% by weight of per CUM with stone chippings below 26.5 mm and paver finisher to the
required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers of
8-10 M.T. static weight including all material, labour and machinery with all leads and lifts etc. SQM
including cost of bitumen . LAYER-1

60mm thick providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) by HMP producing using
crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of grade 60/70 (VG 30)
@5% by weight of per CUM with stone chippings below 26.5 mm and paver finisher to the
required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers of
8-10 M.T. static weight including all material, labour and machinery with all leads and lifts etc. SQM
including cost of bitumen . LAYER-2

alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers of 8-10 M.T. static weight
including all material, labour and machinery with all leads and lifts etc. including cost of bitumen . SQM
