Dear Sirs,

Greetings from Marihatag!

The municipality of Marihatag is desirous in empowering its people through skills development
enhancement programs for livelihood which I believe completely align with the many courses offered by
TESDA. It is in this pursuit that I convey herein my intent in establishing a TESDA TRAINING CENTER in
Marihatag, Surigao del Sur.

To realize this initiative, the LGU-Marihatag will provide for the lot wherein this center shall be
constructed. This land will be purchased through the benevolence of our good Deputy Speaker of the
House, Congressman Prospero “Butch” Pichay, Jr. Thus, I intend to submit the necessary requirements
for the funding of this project the soonest possible time.

In view thereof, I respectfully seek a preliminary meeting with you, at any time of your
convenience, to explore and discuss the important details in materializing this prospective project for
Marihatag.

I hope this entreaty will merit your favorable consideration on the matter.
