Greetings of Peace.

In line with Arellano Law Foundation’s existing rules regarding fees and discounts. I would
like to respectfully request for reimbursement of tuition fees paid during SY 2018-2019
for my freshman year. Based on my computation, I qualify for 75% tuition fee refund with
the cumulative QPI of 86.154 which I earned in the said school year.

Attached in this letter is an exhibit of my grades for the first and second semester SY
2018-2019.
