. PT. Coates Hire lndonesia will perform the regular Periodic Service in accordance with the Silver
Service Maintenance Program, except daily checks which are operator responsibility.
. Should the equipment be operating at remote or inaccessible location, scheduled servicing is the
responsibility of the hirer, PT. Coates Hire lndonesia will supply all filters and an emergenry
breakdown parts kit, Hirer shall supply fuet, all lubricants (Fuel and Lube oils as per specifications).
CHI may from time to time decide to send a technical audit team to Renter's site to ensure that
equipment has been maintained and servrced properly. Transport and accommodation on site for
PT. Coates Hire lndonesia Technician/s shall be provided by the hirer. Any and all other charges
arising from improper servicing and maintenance may be at Renter's expense, /
lnsurance
Damage Waiver
12.5% Damage Waiver will be charge on all hires unless an insurance certificate is provided. A Certificate of
Currency is required prior to the commencement of hire. Damage Waiver is further subject to those further
provisions contained PT. Coates Hire lndonesia Terms and Conditions of Hire.
