1 Ensure no PTW is pending on the equipment.


2 Ensure no person is working on the equipment.
4 Ensure all doors in closed condition.
5 Measure the power cable individual phase-earth
insulation resistance (with 500V/ insulation
tester). All the three reading shall be > 1.5
Mohms.
6 Ensure all logics and protections are in service.
7 Ensure module 560 auto/manual key selector
switch in auto.
8 Ensure generator breaker panel DSE 7520
auto/manual soft selector switch in auto.
9 Ensure all control MCB and battery power
supply is in service.
10 Ensure safety part breaker panel MD32-G
protection relay is in service.
11 Check fuel oil Level (Total capacity :999.9 Ltr) Middle
12 Check air filter condition. Clean
13 Check no alarm in panel. No alarm
14 Check DG local panel start Selection in remote. Loc/Rem
15 Check DG syn panel start selection in remote. Loc/Rem
16 Check Lube Oil pressure. >200kPa
17 Check battery voltage . 24V DC
17 Check battery condition / level Clean / up to
mark
18 Check coolant level Normal

19 Check fuel inlet and outlet valves are in open condition. Open / close

20 Check DG-1 breaker (1CB) is in open condition. Open / close

21 Check DG-1 breaker (3CB) is in open condition. Open / close


22 Check EMG MCC-1 incomer #1 breaker (3CB-1) is in Open / close
closed condition.
23 Check EMG MCC-1 incomer #2 breaker (2ZKK) is in

closed condition.
24 Check EMG MCC-1 bus coupler breaker (3ZKK) is in
closed condition.
25 Ensure all above points are satisfied, system is ready
for operation.
