Manual Email Finding Guideline

1. Creating Google sheet for Email Finding


 copy google sheet tab where you are doing manually email finding, here is Sheet Link with name
"email_finding"

 Put First Name in Column A and Last Name in Column B
 Email Domain in Column C
 email domain may be different from domain, like facebook.com has fb.com email domain, so make
sure you have correct email domain
 you can find email domain from website's contact us page or you can use [email protected] via
google search.
 Email Format in Column D
 find from hunter.io , 90% Email formats are correct on hunter.io,
 if you could not find any email format from hunter but there are some generic
emails like [email protected] then put {fn}.{ln} in email format
 if you could not find any email format or any generic email then put {fn}.{ln} in email format column
 1st send Expected Email via Gmail that is in Column F
 If Expected Email is bounced then send all 11 Emails From Column G to Column
 Note: Please do not move or Change any columns
2. Sending Emails via multiple gmail accounts
 after creating email_finding tab in google sheet, now next step is to send emails
 You can send Max 400 Emails within 24 hours from single gmail account, if you cross the limit Gmail
once worn you if you still cross the limit then they will disable your account permanently.
 Keep in mind never send more then 400 emails per day.
 always put email in BCC if you are sending email on more then 1 email addresses
 never send more then 100 emails in single email (recommended only if you have to send many
emails at a time and have not much time to wait)
 try to send email on 25 or 50 Emails addresses in Single Email (always put all email addresses in BCC)
 once you send 1st group of 25 Emails then send Next 25 emails and so on,
 suppose you have 200 Email address to check via gmail, you have to send these 200 emails in 8
Emails (25 Email Addresses in Each Email)
 always use different and attractive Email Subject For each email (for above 8 Emails, use 8 different
Subjects to send Email)
 once you send all emails then you must wait at least 1 Hours to check possible Email Bounces, 90%
Email Bounces within 1 hour.
 Never open any email before 1 hour, if you are sending email on multiple email addresses
3. Checking Bounced Email Addresses

 after sending emails of all email addresses , Next step is to check which email address is valid and
which email address is not valid
 I have a code to separate Bounced and Valid Emails
 do not separate bounced emails manually , use my code to separate Bounced Email addresses
 My code mark 0 for Bounced Email Address and mark 1 for Valid Email
 you just have to paste 0 or 1 in Column E (Valid=1)
