SECTION A — (5 × 6 = 30 marks)
Answer any FIVE questions.
1. Define research. State the difficulties in carrying out
scientific research in social services.
2. What is hypothesis? Describe the criteria of a good
hypothesis.
3. State the advantages of questionnaire.
4. Write any three measures available for data analysis.
5. What is validity? State its types.
6. Write short notes on two basic types of errors arise in
research.
7. What is research problem? State its criterion.
