I, AIDA C. MOVEVA, of legal age, Filipino, with residence at Poblacion,


Sogod, Cebu, do hereby appoint, name and constitute SALEM HADJI, likewise of
legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Junquera St. Emerson Bldg. Cebu City, to be
my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, to act on my behalf and in my name, place and
stead, to execute and perform any or all of the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To represent, receive and claim pertinent documents that was retained


by Asialink Finance Corporation in relation to the motor vehicle that was
mortgage but is now paid, particularly described as follows:

ratifying and confirming all that the said attorney-in-fact shall do on may cause by
