I. Write Sections 1 – 3 of your Business Plan. Use short size bond, font (times new roman,
century gothic or verdana), font size (12), double spaced.

Section 1 – Company Description


Describe the company using the following guide questions?
a) What is the business name and what is it about?
The name of our business is “Holy Fries”. This business is all about French
fries that are mixed with different seasonings. It also sells powdered drinks.
b) Who are the owners of the business and their qualifications?
This business is owned by four grade 12 seminarians that are known in
business industry. ( Abellana, Eleuterio, Apparente, Salvador)
c) Where will it be located? Why did you choose this location? Is it rented or
owned? Describe the location in general. Present a vicinity up if possible. (you
may download it from google.map)
The location of the business is only inside the building of the Pope John
XXIII Seminary , Mabolo, Cebu City, Pope John Paul II Ave.
d) When will it start operating? Full operation?
e) Why did you decide on such undertaking or what made you decide on the type of
business?
The owners observed that the seminarians are fun in eating snacks. We have
also observed that during the Intramurals Potato fries is very booming at that
time in the seminary and it really attracts many seminarian to buy in their
store even their prices are 50 pesos above.
f) How shall it be operated? Business type? Type of organization? Business hours?
g) How many personnel or workers are needed?
The four owners of the business are also its workers
h) How will it benefit the local economy?
They can eat French fries with a cheaper fries and they will enjoy eating it.
Section 2 – Product(s)/Service(s)
Define your product(s) or service(s)
a) Describe your product or service including a brief description of the raw materials,
how it is made and target market
b) Present a flow chart
c) Give a detailed description of the steps in your flow chart
Section 3 – Market Analysis
a) Describe your target market, how big is it?
b) Are you focusing on a particular segment of the market? (kids, young adults, etc)
c) Who are your competitors? What is their market share? What is your competitive
advantage over them?

II. Make an Estimate of your Capital Outlay (See power point – Financial Computations) Use
Excel and email the result to my account: [email protected].
