Silver Ring / Pendant / Chain / Ear Studs – Use Instructions

1. The purpose of recommending Silver is to converge all your divergent & unfocused energies into one single laser style
pinpoint of thrust. It helps you get to the root of the issues facing you & tackle them with an urgency & efficiency that you've
not exercised before. Basically, you would be thinking more clearly & would not procrastinate what needs to be done
proficiently & quickly without any more unnecessary delays or excuses. You would be better able to handle your emotions &
your emotional vulnerability, if any.

2. The many thought manifestations that you shall experience soon after you wear the Silver is to show you how jumbled &
confused your mind really is. It is like mixing all the alphabet tokens in the “Scrabble Game Bag” before 7 letters are picked
out by each of the players. You can’t control this & it would sort itself out shortly; your thoughts would become clearer &
more determined. Normally, within 1 full cycle of the Moon or about 30 days (in reality, its usually much shorter but 30 days
is the longest seen delayed reaction), you would have begun experiencing the subtle effects of this readjustment &
reorganization of your thought processes.

3. Silver to be effective, must be worn in 925 purity (also known as Sterling Silver) & above which is usually available from
many jewelers & major shopping malls. The best of course is 999 purity but is much softer so it gets bent easily. Purer
Silver tends to darken & tarnish (oxidization) rather quickly due to the sulphur in the air, especially if there are many
industrial factories around or if you live in the city. Those who consume more eggs, mayonnaise, mustard & onions will
probably also experience a similar effect of this loss of brightness. You can easily restore Silver’s luster by purchasing
some Silver cleansing solution or Silver cleansing micro-fiber cloth which are both cheap & easily available from the same
locations as above. In the absence of these two methods, you can make your own cleansing solution by mixing some
lemon or lime into some water as you would normally make juice & add a pinch of salt, to make Silver shine like new again.
Another simple method, is to add a little bit of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) & salt into hot water to create a cleansing
solution. Immerse the Silver for between 3 to 5 minutes depending on the level of oxidization. You can actually see the
cleansing action as the Silver starts to look new again. The advantage of solutions over the cleansing cloth is that the
solution will reach deep into places to clean the Silver compared to the cloth.

4. Use a fresh paper or plastic cup as we want the container to be pure and uncontaminated.

5. Before wearing the Silver ornament, soak it in a little bit of cow's white full cream milk (completely immersed; not low fat;
packet milk off the supermarket shelf is fine; no need to be fresh or refrigerated/chilled) for about 5 minutes.

6. If you are cleansing more than one ornament, each ornament must be cleansed separately in individual cups. If not, the
impurities from one will project onto the other if placed together in the same container.

7. After that, wash it completely under running water (usually, under a tap).

8. Leave it at the God's altar (if not available, a God's picture will do or even the Bible/Koran; basically, anything holy) for a
few minutes to get the necessary blessings if you're wearing it that day.

9. If not, leave it there at the altar until the day you are allowed to wear it. This is the best storage location until the appropriate
date. The best & most suitable day would usually fall during the Waxing or Growing Moon half of the month (Shukla Paksha
or Valar Pirai), unless otherwise specified by Dr. Raaj.

10. It should not be placed anywhere else after the washing of the ornament in milk and water.

11. Begin wearing the ornament after you've taken a shower and done some prayers on the appropriate date.

12. If you can expose the ornament to some Sambrani (Kemayam in Malay) smoke or if not possible, at least to 7 Joss Sticks'
smoke, it will be very auspicious. Please note that “7” is the most spiritual of all Root Numbers & carries significant energies
in many religions & cultures & “Smoke” signifies the all prevalence of God (Omnipotent, Omniscient, & Omnipresent!).
Symbolism is the mainstay of human life & I dare say, in the human psyche too!

13. Then place the ring on the right hand ring finger (2nd from the right) on the suitable date or the chain around the neck, etc.
Please note that you are to wear the Silver even while sleeping as it takes time to settle within you. The longer & more
consistent your wear, the sooner the results would become apparent.

14. For ladies, the choice of the date for the first wearing of the ornament should not be on days you are having your monthly
period. For virgins (never been sexually active before), you should wait between 5 to 7 days after you get the period
before you can wear it. For married or otherwise sexually active women (who choose to remain single or are yet to be
married), the waiting period is between 3 to 5 days. Make sure the period has completely stopped and that there is no
staining on your underwear before you wear the ornament. If you have to, please wait! It’s alright to wear the ornament later
while you have the monthly periods – this restriction applies only for the initial wearing.

15. Unlike stone ornaments, there are no untoward restrictions to the wearing of Silver ornaments.

16. Maintenance of the spiritual energy within the Silver ornament is quite easy as all you have to do is try & expose it to some
Sambrani smoke or if not possible, at least to 7 Joss Sticks’ smoke, on Tuesdays & Fridays. Basically, it is to recharge the
positive energy within as we easily attract negative energy from around us.

17. For those of non-Hindu religions, if you are uncomfortable with the energizing procedures as above, you can simply place
the Silver on/next to a holy item & recite chants, mantras or verses of your choice & comfort from your holy texts. However,
you would have to be sincere in your prayers, chanting & recitals & also have to specifically request that the Divine cleanse
& energize the Silver that you are going to use to enhance & deepen your focus & spiritual energy, henceforth.

18. After you’ve begun wearing the Silver, if you begin to have restless & uneasy or disturbed sleep, scary dreams or bad
nightmares, unexplainable body pains, headaches, bodily injuries resulting in cuts & wounds where bleeding is observed or
bones are fractured, untoward bad incidents happening within a short period of a few days, etc., please remove the Silver
immediately & contact Dr. Raaj for further instructions. In the event of such scenarios, please keep a detailed record
(journal) of what happened for Dr. Raaj to review & suggest modifications.

19. In the unfortunate event that you drop your Silver onto unclean places like the bathroom or toilet floor, or have brought it to
places of bereavement (mortuary, wakes, funerals, cemeteries, cremation houses, etc.), basically any place which holds
concentrated negative energy, please take it off immediately & contact Dr. Raaj for further instructions. The Silver contains
the purest of positive energy & it would automatically attract heavy negative energy & affect your body, mind & spiritual
balance, if you are not careful.

20. Last but not least, please note that Silver has the ability to enhance sexual emotions & passions. For those who would like
this controlled, it is highly recommended that some brisk walking or jogging or some form of extended physical activity is
initiated to channel the excessive & maybe aggressive energy. Proof 1: Muslim men are allowed to have 4 wives
simultaneously & are forbidden to wear Gold as it depresses their sexual prowess/libido while Silver enhances it
considerably so that they can perform their male functions effectively with all their spouses regularly. On the other hand,
Muslim women are seriously encouraged to wear only Gold & not Silver as they are expected to limit their marital activities
to their spouses only. Proof 2: Indian women are adorned with plenty of Gold jewellery at their weddings which actually
depresses their sexual energy. However, their toes (one on each foot; normally the toe next to the big toe) are affixed with
“Metti” (toe ring) made out of pure Silver so that their sexual energies are balanced as sex health is important in new
marriages. In much older times, men were also required to wear this “Metti” on their toes to match the women’s sexual
dexterity.
