Fan Foundation Design

This document provides the input parameters and calculations for the design of a block foundation. It includes the static and dynamic loads, soil properties, dimensions of the foundation blocks and raft, and calculations of the center of gravity, mass moments of inertia, and base properties. The center of gravity and mass moments of inertia are calculated for each individual element and the combined system. Properties are determined about axes passing through both the center of gravity and center of elasticity. Second moments of area are also calculated for the base.
