Guidelines for Hall Ticket to students

1. The Centre Allotment List (venue), Section and Subjects will be published on web site by
10th July 2016. Discrepancies, if any, shall be intimated to Exam Section immediately.
Requests for change of Subjects, Exam Centre etc. will not be entertained after 15th July
2016.
2. Student should download the Hall ticket from web site from 20th July 2016 onwards.
Student will not be allowed in the Exam Hall without Hall Ticket and Student Identity
card.
3. Student Members who have not paid the Annual Subscription for year 2016-17 (F.Y April
to March) and other dues of earlier years, if any, shall immediately, failing which they will
not be allowed to appear in August 2016 examination.
4. Use of Mini-drafter is permitted for the Engineering Drawing and Computer Graphics
papers.
5. Students found indulging in malpractices (copying, possessing chits and other materials,
impersonating etc.) will be expelled from the Exam Hall. They will be debarred from
subsequent examinations, as may be decided by the Board of Examinations. Attention is
drawn to clause 4.12 on “Use of Unfair means” of the General Information, Scheme of
Examination and Syllabus.
6. Cell phones / Mobile phones are prohibited in side the examination hall. IIIE will not
make any arrangements for the safe custody of phones. Hence student members
shall not bring mobile phones to the examination hall.
7. The cost of old question paper set for previous 3 exams, of Preliminary, Section A &
Section B is Rs. 250/- for each section.
8 All the payments are to be made by Demand Drafts only in favour of “Indian
Institution of Industrial Engineering”, payable at “Mumbai”.
