ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT Yes o Election of Officers

The Bulua National High School held elections for the Youth for Environmental in Schools Organization (YES-O) on July 10, 2018. Shylla Henessy Mabasag was elected President, with Norlaisa S. Dimaporo as Vice President and Roshan Franchette M. Ganzon as Secretary. The event was coordinated by Mrs. Amalia Diano, Ms. Jo-ann P. Doldol, and Ms. Ma. Gabrielle Ramos and saw the election of officers for the Science Club and WINS program as well. The newly elected YES-O officers will work to promote cleanliness and environmental safety on campus.

YOUTH FOR ENVIRONMENTAL IN SCHOOLS ORGANIZATION (YES-O)
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
JULY 10, 2018
S.Y. 2018-2019

The coordinators in different organizations such as Science Club officers, YES-O


and WINS program decided to conduct Election of officers on the 10 th of July at Senior
High School Science Laboratory.
 The event started at 12:15 pm and ended at 1:30 pm.
 The event participated by Science Club Presidents per section in all grade level
from morning and afternoon session.
 The coordinators, namely: Mrs Amalia Diano-Science Club , Ms. Jo-ann P.
Doldol-YES-O, and Ms. Ma. Gabrielle Ramos- WINS formulated a technique for
a harmonious flow of election.
 Every Position had only three nominees and the one with the highest vote will
automatically get the position in Science Club Organization , the next to the
highest will be in YES-O , and the last one was for the WINS Program.
 Only the positions of P.I.O and Peace officers had two officers elected.
 After the election, the pictorials took place with the coordinators and newly
elected officers.
 The coordinators gave their short briefing and reminded the officers for their
meeting.
The newly-elected officers are the prime-mover for the cleanliness of the school
premises and for making the environment a safe place to live in.
