We, PURIFICACION CAUAN BULAUITAN of Solana, Cagayan and DIONISIA


CAUAN SIMON, RIZALINA CAUAN TIPON of San Pablo, Isabela, for ourselves and in
behalf of our other siblings who are co-owners of that parcel land located at Cansan, Cabagan,
Isabela consisting of an area of 100 hectares and covered by original set of Certificate of Title
No. CLOA-40381, 1,000,000 square meters.

Hereby authorize Filomena L. Villanueva, widow of legal age, an a resident of No. 1


Rosal St., Panacal Village, Tuguegarao City as our Agent to look for a buyer, to negotiate and
transact the sale of the aforementioned parcel of land in the amount of Three Hundred Fifty
(P350.00) Pesos per sq., meters.

This authority to sell shall be effective for a period of 60 days from today.
