RESULT/OUTPUT 1. Participants from grade 7 and 8 teachers on their non-major were


enhanced knowledge and skills in both content and pedagogy in their
non-major subjects/domains.
2. Participants on their non-major were capacitated on learning
approaches that develop students’ science process skills vis-à-vis 21st
century and embodied in the learning competencies.
3. Teachers on their non-major subjects were provided insights to
continuously reflect on the current practices in effectively teaching
science in JHS level

Monitoring  Different strategies and pedagogy learned by everyone from the


School Learning Action Cell on cross-specialization on their non-
and major subject.
Evaluation  Continues tutoring of all participants in the school level are highly
expected.
