Subject : Final Disconnection Notice

Dear Ms. Yamamoto,

This is your final and last demand letter to settle your long overdues. These overdues include
the following:

 2014 to 2016: Php 19,474.25


 June 2019: Php 1,207.55
 July 2019: Php 1,248.49

A letter notifying you of these overdues have been sent to you previously. To date, despite the
promissory notes you provided, we have not received any settlement. If payment is not
received by September 10, we will have no alternative but to discontinue the services being
enjoyed by you, immediately, on September 11, 2019. The HOA will NO longer accept any
request of talks or promissory notes from you.

One of the services to be cut right away is your water connection. Should you refuse and
prevent our HOA personnel from performing their duties, we will seek assistance from the
appropriate authorities.

Once again, you need to CLEARLY understand that almost all the homeowners are sacrificing
from your delayed payment of monetary obligation to our association to cover our overhead
expenses such as the security guards’ salaries, maintenance staff salary/supplies, electricity
bill and other expenses necessary to sustain our community survival.

So, PLEASE settle at least your June and July dues by September 10 to prevent the
disconnection. You may pay to the HOA treasurer.
