With the recent arrival of RAW chief in Nepal, people are doubtful. Are those suspicion
justified?

The suspicion is justified. Because, who invited the head of a foreign intelligence agency
untimely ? We have Nepal Police, Nepalese Army's own intelligence department. We also have
have a national research department at the national level. If the chief of any of them have
invited him to exchange information of the two countries about that if someone was doing
something against another country and if it was a good will visit, we would not has to be
worried. . Saying India does not mean that we have to hate and make disgusting comments. But
what is the purpose of meeting with the former Prime Minister, the Prime Minister, and others
political person by the head of the a Foreign Intelligence department coming to Nepal. It seems
that he is collecting first hand information about what have been doing here by the leaders,
where is the political situation going ? What is the present political condition, etc from from our
former Prime Ministers and present Prime Minister. As soon as coming in Nepal, he first met
former Prime Minister this is doubtful. Also didn't care of protocol, I think Goyal is a first class
officer. And he should not be compared with Prime Minister and former Prime Minister. If
meeting is secret they should meet confidentially but the news spread. We always fear that India
is always evil in Nepal, because India has shown that behavior. In this contest his visit in Nepal
has raised a lot of fears.

It is heard that there created a big conflict within Nepal Communist Party of Nepal (NCP) after
visiting the chief of RAW. is it sure ?

Sure, whatever you suspected, it is human behavior. Because, news came out that he first meet
with CPN chairman and former prime minister Prachanda, and there Prachanda also talked
about change of government. There is growing demand for Hindu country in the subject of
religion. Information spilled over that, Prachanda told him "if I became the Prime Minister, I will
accept the Hindu country as well" Similarly, It is heard that he is agree to give legitimacy on the
issue of border, where India has control over Nepal, in the negotiations. Nepal's constitution
does not show the possibility of immediate government change.
