As future teacher, you will be using different teaching style that are best to given

subject. Whether it is traditional or not will depend on how you are able to do it. In the

movie that you have seen , answer the following question.

1. What were the negative teaching styles did the teacher were using in her

class?

Answer: = the teacher tell a lie at the beginning of the class that they loved

them the same.

= by putting a big mark of X and F in the test paper of the student

without proper evaluation of the teacher

2. As a teacher what other function or roles that you should play in the

classroom?

= Teacher is also Classroom guidance,

= teacher as a second mother of the student

3. Do you believe that all teacher cam make a difference in his/her student life or

vice versa.

= school is the second house of the student, and the teacher serve as second

parents of the student. the teacher give advice, encourage and motivate

student become what they dream on that can give impact to the life of the

student and also to the teacher.

4. After viewing the movie, what are the negative learning style that you will not

do as a professional teacher?. Cite as many as you can

Answer= teacher is a role model of the student, at the movie the teacher

showed favouritism is his student, putting mark of X and F directly in the

paper of the student.

5. What are the positive learning style that you should inculcate as a teacher so

that your student will remember you positively.?

Answer. = be true to your student, a source of motivation, affirmation even in

a simple good act of the student, a friend of them,

6. What are other things the student usually do in order to remember their

teachers?

Answer: the good relationship of the teacher and the student,.

The Story of Teddy Stallard and Miss Thompson. This is the official, authorized,

copyrighted video of the story by Elizabeth Silance Ballard in its original form. A fictional

tale based on actual experiences in the life of the author, this time honoured classic

story has been published and embellished countless times. What a little fifth grader

says to his teacher bypasses the head and goes straight to the heart of any issue.

The story of Teddy Stallar and his teacher miss Thomson is one of the example

on how to manage a classroom. at first day of the class miss Thomson didn’t say the

truth about his intention to her child as she said that she loved them all the same, and

she notice in a front raw a little boy slumped in his seat named Teddy

Teacher Jean Thompson notice that Teddy didn’t play well in the school and his

clothes were messy, teddy is unpleasant. At this point teacher Thompson did nothing to

him instead judging him toward his outward appearance, without knowing the real story

of a person teacher Thompson easily make her conclusion for Teddy and show

favouritism towards his student by marking a big X and F Failed mark, without knowing

the reason why Teddy act like that.

Knowing the story behind before making any conclusion or make decision that

Miss Thompson ignored to review the profile is his Student she let the pain grow in the

heart of Teddy before referring to the records of him and she discover the truth behind

the characteristic he showed in the class.

His first grade teacher wrote:

"Teddy is a bright child with a ready laugh. He does his work neatly and has good

manners. He is such a joy to be around."

During his first grade Teddy is active in school because of the care of his mother with

the father that support teddy in all aspect of his life, it is the about the theory Jean

Peaget or Lev Vygostky about ‘’Scaffolding’’Socio Cultural, the need of more capable,

knowledgeable person to help, motivate assess the young mind in order for him, to

achieve the things that they need to know.

His second grade teacher wrote:

"Teddy is an excellent student, well-liked by his classmates, but he is troubled because

his mother has a terminal illness, and life at home must be a struggle.

Because teddy love his mother most, he was affected of the situation that his

mother is going through, and his father didn’t give him a proper attention because of his

mother who are in trouble and maybe they forget to give pay attention to Teddy. And

also his teacher did nothing to encourage his student , I know that the teacher knows

why Teddy is Troubled. When this situation comes, teacher have a role to refer him to

guidance counsellor or give some advice or guide the student to meet the need of the

learner.

His third grade teacher wrote:

"Teddy continues to work hard, but his mother's death has been hard on him.

He tries to do his best, but his father doesn't show much interest, and his home life will

soon affect him if some steps aren't taken." The saddest moment of Teddy’s life is when

his mother Died anf his father didn’t care about him. Teddy doesn’t have someone to

encourage him, guide him in school and lift him up when he was down. Again the

importance of more capable others or the theory of Lyv vygotstky no one give Teddy

Scaffolding even his teacher don’t pay more attention in Teddy’s situation, they let teddy

carry the burden by his own.

Teddy's fourth grade teacher wrote:

"Teddy is withdrawn and doesn't show much interest in school. He doesn't have many

friends and sometimes sleeps in class. He is tardy and could become a problem."

The result of not paying attention or addressing the problem of the student, we know

that the environment can affect the learner even at home. He is more affected

psychologically and emotionally disturbed

Affirmation and appreciation even in a simple this is the best to do for someone

who did the good and right. Even if how simple teddy’s gift for his teacher, but because

it is the most valuable to him, the teacher need to be sensitive to the emotion of the

young child because they are easily hurt. Because of this event, miss Thompson realise

what Teddy’s need the attention from his mother. A mother like teacher in the class.

Vygotsky scaffolding is part of the education concept “zone of proximal

development” or ZPD. The ZPD is the set of skills or knowledge a student can’t do on

her own but can do with the help or guidance of someone else. It’s the skill level just

above where the student currently is.

If you’re an educator or have a student in school, you may have heard of the

concept Vygotsky scaffolding. It may sound like a construction term, but Vygotsky

scaffolding and the related concept of the zone of proximal development are teaching

methods that can help students learn much more information much more quickly than

they would with traditional instruction. However, Vygotsky scaffolding is only effective if
