EPS Parking System Application

Documents required:-
1. NETS Application Form
2. LTA Application Form
3. Carpark Owner Authorisation Letter
4. LGA Application Form
Relevant party contacts:-

Submissions:-
NETS (Hardcopy Submission)
-Email the NETS application form to NETS (email attached above) for vetting
-Once the form is ok, NETS will inform the applicant to submit a cheque of S$1,035 payable to “NETS”
(license fee of $535 and refundable deposit of $500)
- Deliver the original application forms (hardcopy) with cheque to 298 Tiong Bahru Road #06-01 Central
Plaza (S)168730. (Prepare transmittal form, no receipt will be issued by NETS)
-Empty top up kiosk will be delivered to applicant’s address, top up machine to be collected from NETS
Tiong Bahru after receiving notification from NETS thru email
-Lead time: 4 weeks
LGA (Email Submission)

- Apply for 1 analog phone line from TELCO service provider for CEPAS charging
- Scan the LGA form and email to LGA (email attached above).
- Lead time: 2 weeks

LTA (Hardcopy Submission)


- Authorisation letter & CEPAS LTA application form to be emailed to LTA (email attached above) for
vetting
- Once the form is ok, LTA will deliver contract agreement for the applicant to sign off.
- Original authorisation letter, CEPAS LTA application form & Contract Agreement to be submitted to LTA
in hardcopy.
- Lead time: 8 weeks
