 The Nifty gapped up at open after taking positive cues from global markets and sustained the gap

throughout the session and went on to zoom past the 10700 mark and managed to shut shop
higher by 131.10 points. Despite intense volatility in the second half, the index managed to settle in STRIKE (BUY) 28 FEB 10800CE
the green. INITIATE @ 56
 The FOMC meeting minutes were released last night, saying that it’ll be 'Patient' in raising rates.
STOPLOSS 35
 Technically, supports for the index are now pegged around 10680-10650, followed by 10600-
10550, while resistances on the upside are pegged around 10800-10820 above which 10880- TARGET 116
10900 will act as the next major resistance zone.
 As far as the Banknifty is concerned, strong buying in banking stocks steered the banking index
higher. The Banknifty has immediate supports between 26850-26800, below which 26750-26650
BANK NIFTY VIEW
will act as the next consequential zone of support. On the other hand, the index is likely to witness BUY 26920
resistance around 27050-27100 followed by 27200-27300 zone. STOPLOSS 26720
 The weekly contracts of Nifty and Banknifty will expire today and traders will roll over their positions
to the next series of contracts, hence volatility may be expected in today’s trade as well.

ESCORTS has ended 7 sessions’ highs and crossed its previous HDFCBANK has ended at its day highs in the previous trading
major swing highs. The volumes on the up move are also strong session with decent volume and derivative activity. The stock on
and the derivative activity suggests positivity in the counter. The hourly chart has given break out from down ward sloping channel,
stock has also filled its major gap down and has moved above its indicating fresh up move for short term. However, some supply is
very short term moving average. Hence buy for intraday. seen in the range of 2105-2112 levels. Hence bullish view for the
