Role Associate Consultant


Location of work Bangalore | Pune | Noida | Mumbai (Any Bristlecone location)
Travel involved On Need basis both Domestic and International

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to breakdown


complex business problems into root issues, recommend and build solutions.
• Should be willing to learn new technologies around data engineering, data Science,
cloud technologies, platform development and related areas
• Must be proficient in writing algorithms, logic building and coding using C++, Java or
Python
• Must have good understanding of new technology domains – AI, ML, Big Data, RPA,
Block-Chain, Cloud Computing
• Must be proficient in one of the Programming Languages
• Must have good understanding of Testing strategies and concepts
• Should have a methodical and analytical approach to problem solving
• Should have good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and best
Skills Envisioned Software Engineering practices
• Ability to understand business requirements from customer and translate into BI,
Analytics and Insights need.
• Basic Computer Knowledge including OS/DB
• Networking Skills
• Must have good understanding of Programming techniques and Software
architecture
• Must have good knowledge on at least one Database and one Operating System
• Should have very good communication, listening and presentation skills
• Should be a self-starter and passionate to get into new areas
• Should be flexible and adaptable
• Willingness to adopt new emerging technologies
• Above all, should be a team player

FIXED SALARY : INR 3,18,182

VARIABLE PAY : 10% INR 31,818

Fixed Salary includes company's contribution to Provident Fund & Gratuity

Basic Salary will be INR 180,000 or 25% of Fixed salary, whichever is higher

Variable Pay is paid annually as per company policy based on organization & individual performance. Employees who join by
31st Dec are eligible for variable pay in current FY, pro-rated based on eligible tenure
Monthly Gross Salary (Pre-Tax) includes Basic and Flexi Pay, less Employee's contribution to PF
*Please refer to Annexure I for details on Flexi Pay components
#Balancing amount after selecting Flexi Pay options shall be paid as Supplementary Allowance
**PF contribution as per prevailing laws is 12% of basic pay

***Gratuity is as per prevailing laws is 4.81% of Basic Pay - Employees completing 4 Years & 240 Days of continuous service are
eligible for Gratuity pay out
