Rel & Abs Ref

This document discusses relative and absolute cell references in Excel. It explains that when copying cell references between cells, the references will change based on movement unless frozen using dollar signs. It provides the shortcut key F4 to toggle between freezing the row, column, both or neither when copying cell references. Freezing references with dollar signs prevents them from changing when copied to other areas of the worksheet.
