How to use vacation allowance wisely is still a question since some people prefer

shorter, but more frequent vacations because it helps me restore my physical and

To start with, it would be more beneficial to our body health both physically and
mentally if we break our holiday leave into several periods of time. There is no
doubt to say that vacation time is extremely important for each individual to escape
from work pressure and recharge their batteries, which will surely improve
employees’ productivity and work performance. However, our body needs this
refreshment regularly as our work-life pressure and anxiety are daily built up and
need to be relieved, such as after the success of an overwhelming project and every
quarter of the year.

In addition, your enthusiasm and enjoyment remain throughout each short journey.
Generally, no matter how excited and joyous we are about the exotic and
fascinating things of the adventure, we should go back to our normal lives after a
couple of days to keep it fulfilled and fun-packed. If we spend weeks at one
particular destination, our excitement is more likely to wear off after a few days,
and as a result we might no longer treasure our vacation as the way that we do in a
short one as we take advantage of every minute to enjoy it.

Finally, a vacation lasting for a long period of time is most likely negatively mess
up our habits. We tend to indulge ourselves during vacation time, like staying up
too late or eating strange foods, which makes travellers find it hard to catch up
with their daily routine. Moreover, our work will be also neglected for a long time.
Take my experience as an example, after spending an entire month to travel all
over the country, it takes me a few days to concentrate on work and waking up
early in the morning was a nightmare to me since I had been used to sleeping in
throughout the one-month vacation.

To sum up, using our vacation entitlement smartly will provide us immense
benefits. Given the choice, I myself will take short but several vacations per year
since it greatly benefits my health, enables me enjoy it to the fullest and does not
distract me my daily life.

but also boost the quality of sleep, which clearly brings you a happy life.
Furthermore, participating in sports prevents you from the high level of depression
risks and increase your self-esteem . For example, through playing sports, I may
not worry about weight gain or my skin health.

All in all, great benefits of sports are undeniable and our world would be
incomplete without sports. As one can see that by playing and watching sports, our

create. When vehicle exhaust fumes are a huge contributor to the environmental
pollution, choosing to live closer to work would be a better choice. Take my city

vehicle emissions are a big concern for not only individuals but also the
government and thus in order to improve the environmental issues, choosing to live
near work would be a big contribution.

All in all, significant benefits from living near work are undeniable. By relocating
to a place closer to your office, you can save up your time for your personal
interests, escape from hours of sitting behind the wheel to have a better health
both mentally and physically and also contribute to reducing pollution.

kids would be well developed mentally and physically in a neighborhood secured
with safety and have a sense of community; raising kids in a small town can also
lift the burden of living expenses for parents.

in shift, particularly night shifts. Those who are assigned night shifts can take

his favorite match because of going to work. Therefore, rotating shifts clearly give
workers freedom to do other things while maintaining correct office duty.
