Welcome to the selection process of Sales Officer for ICICI Bank. We request you to please read this hand-out very carefully and
ensure that you completely understand the contents and all the details that are mentioned in this hand-out.
I hereby confirm that I have not given any amount to ITM/its associate or any person for obtaining this job.
Please ensure that you clarify all your doubts with the authorities before proceeding further.
The role as defined above is subject to change at the discretion of ICICI Bank.
2. Eligibility Criteria:
If you FULFILL ALL the below mentioned criteria, you will be eligible for Selection Process.
l You should not be a full time MBA / BE Degree holder.
l Your age MUST NOT EXCEED 26 years as on date.
l Minimum qualification: You MUST be a GRADUATE, with not more than 2 years of work experience..
l You should submit the photocopy of Graduation Marksheet at the time of interview.
l You should submit photocopy of DOB, Government ID proof at the time of interview.
l In case you are yet to receive the final year Graduation result, you are required to submit the passing certificate within 3 months
of joining the ICICI Bank.
l You would be signing a 2 year-indemnity bond with ICICI Bank.
l You MUST NOT have any blood relatives currently working with ICICI Bank.
l You MUST NOT have been interviewed by ICICI Bank in the past 6 months.
l You MUST NOT have worked with ICICI Bank.
l You should submit any one set of your original educational certificate to the bank for 2 years.
l You should be ready to undergo 1 month residential training at Raipur / Vadodara / Warangal / Noida.
l Any other criteria that ICICI Bank may in its discretion specify.
You have to successfully clear the Online Sales Profiler, Interview & submit your
original document to get enrolled for the Certificate in “Sales Management”.

4. Training Program Details:
Program Structure
l Conducted by ITM University
l 30 days residential training program at Raipur / Vadodara / Warangal / Noida.
l Skill development training program - blended curriculum with instructor led classroom training.
l Role play activities, videos, drill sessions, e-learning and simulators.
l Induction into ICICI Bank. Building customer service orientation.
l Product training, process knowledge, compliance.
l Build confidence to communicate effectively in a business environment.
l Business etiquette. Develop selling and presentation skills.
l Training faculty - experienced professionals in the field of finance and sales.
l Overall grooming - sessions by experts from ICICI Bank and banking industry.
l To be job – ready FIRST – DAY – FIRST – HOUR.
l After successful completion of the training program, participant will be awarded “Certificate in Sales Management” by ITM
University.
Successful completion of Certificate in “Sales Management” is MUST to
be absorbed in ICICI Bank rolls in the Sales Officer Profile.
Fee
1. ICICI Bank will pay upfront the total cost of training of Rs.30,000 which includes training, travelling, lodging & food.
2. ICICI Bank will recover the cost of training through 24 monthly instalments of Rs.1,000 on the applicant’s joining the services
of the Bank as Sales Officer.
3. The recovery will be effective by way of deduction from applicant’s monthly salary.
