1. Reference: Memorandum from above office dated (June 9, 2019) sent thru
PNP FEO Gmail Account and was received by this section on April 30, 2019 with subject
Request for Verification.

2. In connection with the above reference, be informed that the results of firearm
verification conducted by this office on the person of JULIUS IBABAW, a resident
Barangay Kamagayan, Cebu City disclosed that he is NOT a licensed/registered firearm
holder of any kind/make and caliber, as per verification of this Office.

3. Further as per FEO FIMS we have on record One (1) .380 CALIBER PISTOL
(STAR) bearing serial number S 976317 with expiry date on January 18, 2008 registered
to LEE RA HEE of Bukidnon, Cagayan De Oro City, Misamis Oriental.
