Requisites: Basic knowledge of power systems and modeling is required. Some basic familiarity with
MATLAB is required.
Marking: Project → 50 %
Exam → 50 %
Project: Stability and security analysis and improvement of the IEEE 14-bus test system using PSAT.
Exam: Based on problems presented and discussed during lectures regarding the various topics
discussed in class. Some problems may require the use of MATLAB and/or PSAT.
