resident of Tiguma, Pagadian City has been employed as Private Caregiver to Mrs. Asuncion D.
Solatorio from April 2012 to March 2014.

On duty, she was observed to be very diligent and proficient in the task assigned to her.
She’s responsible to monitored vital sign, change linen diaper, feed to eat and drinking medicine
on time also assisting my mother during bath time, grooming, toileting and simple exercise every
day. She is highly trained and has well developed skills. Has good working relationship with me
and my family.

She highly recommended for whatever nursing job/employment she wish to apply in the
