New Parents’ Orientation Script

We are about to begin our Parent Orientation so please find a seat and make yourself
comfortable.

Good morning, peace and goodwill! Today as a new member of the Immaculatinian
community, it is the right of every parent to know the programs and activities that
Immaculate Heart of Mary College-Parañaque offers for their children. This event will
also help parents to keep being involved with their children’s performance. I am Ms.
Marie Antoinette H. Yñiguez and I’m Ms. Camille Rose Zuño, your emcees for today.

Let us start our orientation with an opening prayer to be led by Sr. Maria Ignatia Mau,
SFSC to be followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem to be led by Mr.
Loun Benedick M. Malasabas, the School Mission and Vision to be recited by Ms.
Evangeline Rose Mercado, and the IHMC-P Hymn to be led by Mr. Carlos-Maria
Francisco B. Estrella. Please all stand.

Please be seated.

*(May we now call on our dear School President, Sr. Lydia O. Cañon, SFSC to give her
welcoming remarks.)

To achieve the school year’s objectives, the role of parents is important, working hand
in hand with the teachers. To introduce the Grade School Faculty and Staff, and to
present the Grade School Academic Program, may we call on, our Grade School
Principal, Ms. Luzminda B. Octaviano.

To discuss the Grading System, let us welcome, Ms. Maritess O. Sacdalan.

For the School Religious Program, may we invite Mr. Malbar H. Cabrejas.

To present the different School Activities, let us give the floor to Mr. Rouel T. Contreras.

For the presentation of the Guidance Program, may we now call on, Ms. Shierene D.
Raquipo.

To discuss the School’s Discipline Policies, may we invite Mr. Gilroy D. Alamis.

*For those who have clarifications, you could write your question down on the pieces of
paper to be distributed by our teachers.

Let us end our program with a prayer to be led by Sr. Jett Robin M. Jabuyo, SFSC. Please
all stand.

Let us create an atmosphere that minimizes anxiety, promotes positive attitudes, and
stimulates an excitement for learning. We would like to thank our dear parents, faculty
and staff for attending today’s activity. Good day!
