Avenue and Congressional Avenue that simulated in PTV Vissim Trimodal. The acceleration of the
vehicles from Quirino Highway to North Avenue becomes -0.46 meter per seconds squared compared
before it’s -0.53 meter per second squared and from North Avenue to Quirino Highway the acceleration
becomes -0.10 meter per seconds squared compared to before its -1.31 meter per seconds squared. The
speed from Quirino Highway to North Avenue becomes 415 kilometer per hour compared before its 559
kilometer per hour, from North Avenue to Quirino Highway the speed becomes 511 kilometer per hour
compared before its 531 kilometer per hour. The vehicle delay from Qurino Highway to North Avenue
becomes 55.31 seconds compared before its 856 seconds, while from North Avenue to Quirino Highway
the delay of vehicle becomes 95 seconds compared before its 473 seconds. The travel-time of the vehicle
from Quirino Highway to North Avenue becomes 647 seconds compared to its before travel which is 889
seconds, while from North Avenue to Quirino Highway the travel-time becomes 636 seconds compared to
its before travel-time which is 777 seconds. To get the travel-time and delay of vehicles the designers
assigned a Point A to Point B distance difference of 800 meter. The simulation run is simulated only 600
seconds.The designers decided that with the same cycle time of traffic light and same routing of vehicles
with a flyover highway is effective reducing the traffic on the stretch of Mindanao Avenue even there is a
conflict points from the lower bound of the flyover once vehicles meet on the starting point to end point of
the flyover.
