Advertisement for Program Officer for National Service Scheme (NSS)


and Institute Outreach Activities.

The job will be purely on contract basis for a period of 2 years and extendable for a further
period of one year at the discretion of the Institute.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience related to NSS/ Rural initiatives.
Preference will be given for higher qualifications and for experience in working with
bachelor's level students in these initiatives.
Age: Not more than 45 Years as on 16th September 2019.
Remuneration: INR 40,000 to 60,000 per month (consolidated) depending on the
qualification and experience. No other allowances will be paid.
Responsibilities of Officer:

 Designing and conducting NSS Activities for students as Program Officer for NSS.
 Maintaining a record of each student’s time spent on NSS related activities.
 Coordinating various Outreach activities of the Institute involving students and
external organisations and agencies.
 Organising activities relating to Unnant Bharat Abhiyan, Rural Immersion of students.
 Preparing report and web articles on outreach activities
 Accompanying students in the activities.
 Any other activities assigned by the Institute
