Specifically trip Mnl-Sbc-Mnl June (18-19) involving the transportation

Details that led to this filing of the Incident Report involving driver, company owner of the
transport service are as follows:

The entire itinerary was followed on the 1st day (June 18) however, on their way
home on the 2nd day the driver of the Travel Pinas Transport Service abruptly stopped in a
dark and uninhabited place in the North Expressway this caused panic among the
passengers inside. These are foreign guests of our company who are potential investors. The
driver of Travel Pinas Transport Service refused to proceed to Manila upon the orders of his
immediate supervisor until the full balance was settled right there and then. This upset our
CEO because not only did it stress him unnecessarily, the service was not yet fully complied.
The final destination where the passengers were boarded was in Greenhills then payment
will be settled there. And to make things official our CEO asked for a formal
acknowledgement receipt. The balance due was settled promptly in Greenhills but up to this
day despite repeated follow-ups still no receipt.
We hope that this unexpected happening does not bear a negative impact on our potential
investors.
