Product Description
Vela is a versa�le, high performance USB powered desktop reader. Perfect to be used in tag commissioning and POS systems
applica�ons. Its compact size allows it to be easily used on a desktop or where space is limited. Mounted on a wall or doorway, it can
be used as an access control reader.

Powered only by a USB connec�on, the reader has great reading and wri�ng performance to ISO 18000 6C / EPC C1G2 tags in any
orienta�on. It is extremely easy to set up for reading mul�ple tags for document tracking, library management / inventory control
applica�ons.

Vela is the top performing UHF RFID USB desktop reader in the market. Vela's powerful module accommodates all EPC func�ons
including chip manufacturers’ custom commands such as the Read-Lock-Block commands of the Alien Higgs chips, EAS and security
func�ons of the NXP G2xx chips and the Gen2v2 security feature on NXP UCODE DNA chip.
