I. Jobs / Activities Undertaken

For the month of July, I feel comfortable in terms of working or being an intern because I
learn a lot of things by organizing and communications, I was doing filing of OR/CR by
alphabetically of the registered car documents and insert to their folders, to complete
their documents and putting their filed folder to the separated cabinet by year and filing
by date and by served number of the Service Invoice and Part Invoice this is actually
the receipt that the company provide for their back up and for customer receipt they will
receive the gray one, the yellow one is for the accounting or part that is check by the
employee assigned in the parts. The blue one is the one I filed by date and served
number. Encoding data of cars that has been released and PMS information of the
customer that has been service. Going to LTO for the plate number to be obtain, I
encoded names for additional payment, made a table for Monitoring Forward Plates,
and making new templates for new LTO Licensed Plates, answering telephone calls
which customer wants to know if their time is fitted to the available hours. Photocopying
important documents, I was also processing client’s documents, encoded the Customer
Information Sheet of released units, called clients for follow-up regarding plate numbers,
I also encoded the Sales Template Database. Checking the inventory, encoding the
Warranty Registration Card and the Battery Maintenance Record, calling clients for
After Sales Follow-Up, and someday on my future work hoping to be involve in car
industry because I like cars and I want to know all some parts and services so I can
help myself and people needed help.

II. Reflections
On my 2nd month in Avescor Motors, Inc. Mitsubishi Motors, There are all teaching me
of what to do and ask them if I have a concern about what they want me to do even if it
is not on my job description as long I learn and being prepared for my future. They are
all very accommodating to all customer even us interns, even to us interns this is the
Workplace that I want to be involve when I’m on my career or to my future job, all the
employee are helping each other, they don’t leave their coo-employee or interns even to
the customer behind, if one struggle they all help you. Family is important to this
organization, they all treat us interns like their child. I have learned a lot, by scheduling
customer that want to maintain their car or something that concerns their car, from filing
to LTO plates. How their service does works, how they interact with the customers.
Hoping for a room for an interns to do and with their coo- interns, so that the their
supervisor just go to them or check them easily.
