Name of Project : COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM

G Your task is to conduct an outreach program. Your goal is to come up with a plan
of action for a community-based outreach program.

R You are advocates of welfare and change. To test your skills in statistics, you are
asked to evaluate your outreach program using statistical treatment.

A Your audience includes the people in your chosen community.

You find yourself in your chosen community conducting the outreach program.
S But prior to that, you are organizers who do all of the planning. The challenge
involves building rapport with your beneficiaries for their attendance.

You will submit the proposal letter that includes your plan. You need to develop
P a well-written plan worth approving.

S Your output must be a reflection of your values and philosophies about life, must
be towards the welfare of the community and can be statistically tested.
