Hello, there!

Thank you for your purchase. Here are the instructions to change the color of the planner.

Note: If you are asked to upgrade the presentation, click upgrade.

Apple Computer Instructions:

1. Double click on the digital planner > It will open in the keynote app > Click on the cover of the
planner > White dots are going to appear at the edges of the planner > On the top right, select format
style > choose a color or click “fill” to browse through the different colors.

2. To change the background of your planning pages > Click on the border of the planner > White dots
are going to appear at the edges of the planner > Select format style > Choose a color.

Repeat the same steps for the remanding planning pages.

3. Once you have changed the color of the cover and planning pages, it’s
time to export your planner.

On the top left of the screen > choose file > export to > PDF > Select:
image quality best > save the PDF file to DropBox.

Note: to import the PDF document to theGoodNotes or Notability app


please refer to the other attached document titled “Instruction to Import
PDF”.
iPad Instructions:

1. Save the purchased planner to DropBox > Go to DropBox on the iPad > Select the planner > On
the top right of the screen, click on the three dots > Export > Open In… > Copy to Keynote > Click
on the cover of the planner > Select the paintbrush (top right of the screen) > select a color.

2. To change the background of your planning pages > Click on the border of the planner > White dots
are going to appear at the edges of the planner > Select the paintbrush > Choose a color.

Repeat the same steps for the remanding planning pages.

3. Once you have changed the color of the cover and planning pages, it’s time to export your planner.

On the top right, select the three dots > Send a copy > PDF > Save to DropBox or import the planner
directly to the GoodNotes app.
