KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS;

I, FELANIA CATAN YAESO, of legal age, Filipino, widow with residence and postal address at Amlan,
Negros Oriental, Philippines, have named, constituted and appointed and by these presents do name, constitute
and appoint JOSE BARQUILLA QUILLAO, JR., of legal age, Filipino, married with residence and postal
address at Amlan, Negros Oriental, Philippines, as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in my name,
place and stead and for my own use and benefit, to do any and all of the following acts and things in relation to
the gmelina and mahogany trees found inside a portion of a parcel of land Lot No. 5124 under Tax Declaration
No. 2017-01-0006-00715 situated in Amlan, Negros Oriental, Philippines, of which I am the absolute owner
being the surviving spouse of the late Exequel Yaeso the tax declarant/absolute owner of the subject lot by
virtue of a Deed of Sale otherwise known as Doc. No. 106; Page No. 18; Book No. III; Series of 1950 of the
notarial register of the Notary Public Atty. __________________, to wit:

1. To process, transact with any authorized personnel of the Department of Environment and Natural
Resources (DENR), Dumaguete City, for the application of the necessary cutting and transport
permit for the gmelina and mahogany trees planted on the said subject lot;

2. To transact with any capable and registered chainsaw operator to consummate the cutting;

3. To sign papers, receipts, documents, and other writings and to deliver documents and pay
necessary fees in connection with the authority here-in above given.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform all and
every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, hereby ratifying
and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact will lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
