This is to certify that Anwar Sadat, son of Md. Nurul Islam, from District: Mymensingh, had worked in
this company as an Operation and Maintenance Engineer from 27th September, 2012. His work
responsibilities included the usual duties involving Erection with PT ISTANA KARANG LAUT, Pre-
commission , Commission ,start up & normal operation of 2500 bbl/day capacity Natural Gas Condensate
Fractionation Plant, Naphtha Hydro treating Plant and Catalytic Reformate Plant. He was responsible for
all kinds of work related to safe operation and maintenance of all rotating machineries as well as Product
quality of the plant. Especially amongst all the Mechanical engineers, he got the opportunity to spend
maximum duty hours by his own interest and achieve a hand to hand working experience with our
commissioning manager Mr.Fransis Gracco from Axens, throughout the whole commissioning and start
up period. He also got the opportunity to do work with Engr. Ventsislav Ganchev, Technical advisor,
Axens IFF Group, for all types of vessels inspection and catalyst loading. He also did the alignment of
five big SIAD compressors with Mr. Alberto, SIAD representative by FIXTURE LASER machine. He is
very proficient in running Pump, Compressor, Boiler, Hydrogen Generator, MTU Diesel Generator,
BORN Heater, as well as predicting the behavior of those equipments by condition analysis. He also
possesses the knack of understanding a problem quickly and being able to solve them without hesitation
or panic. We faced lot of anomalies, abnormalities and limitations during erection, commissioning and
start up. Each time, we got overwhelmed by his brainstorming ideas and quality of solutions presented.
He possesses impeccable communication skills which have made him an asset of PRL.

He was very energetic and hardworking engineer with good sense of timing. He was conscious about
safety aspect and executed his job with perfection. I wish him best success in his upcoming life.
