I. Call to order
We would like to invite and request everyone to please join us and take a seat. The
program will start in a few minutes. Thank you.

II. Introduction
Good morning everybody!
Our respect to the Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Maria Luisa D. Servando, CESO VI

To our District Supervisor, Dr. Pedro M. Saavedra,PSDS Roxas Central District

To our school head, Dr. Joel N. Gulane, Principal IV


Together with our Asst. Principal, Mrs. Dolores C. Gallego, Asst. School Principal II

To the Municipal officials headed by Hon. Mayor Dennis M. Sabando

To the Executive Director Vivant Foundation, Inc. Mr. Shem Jose W. Garcia

To the RNCHS PTA President, Mr. Roy D. Coronado

To SGC President, Pastor William L. Tan


To RNCHS Departments Heads and their teaching force, Parents, students, benefactors and
honored guests

Once again, a pleasant morning! (Although the weather is not that good, we can still consider
today as pleasant because...
Today is indeed a remarkable day because we will be doing a significant event to
recognize a civic-spirited organization to help our school for the future of our learners.

II. Invocation/ National Anthem


To begin with, Let us all stand for the Opening Prayer to be led by Pastor William L.
Tan, School Governing Council President (SGC)
Please remain standing for the National Anthem, followed by Palawan March via
multimedia.

Please be seated.

III. Welcome Address

Welcome to this morning’s event! Today we shall witness the turn-over of Assorted
Electrical Installation and Maintenance Solar TECHVOC Equipment Sponsored by
VIVANT Foundation. A round of applause!

And to formally open this morning’s activity, please help me to welcome the RNCHS
PTA President, Mr. Roy D. Coronado, to give his Welcome Address. (Applause)
Thank you very much Mr. Roy D. Coronado.
Our dynamic School Head will also give his welcome address and an Introduction of
Guests, Please welcome, Dr. Joel N. Gulane, Principal IV. Let’s give him a round of
applause.
Thank you, Sir Joel for that warm words of welcome!

IV. Statement of Purpose

And now, to give us a brief background of the project and Statement of Purpose, please
welcome the Executive Director of Vivant Foundation, Inc., Mr. Shem Jose W. Garcia.
( A barangay Clap for our guests).

Truly, we are so blessed that there are people with a golden heart who were willing to
help our school for the future of our students Again, thank you so much, VIVANT
Foundation.

V. Inspirational Message
In response to the blessings received by the Department of Education and Local
Government, Let us hear a message from one of the heads or representatives from
DEpED and LGU of Roxas,
First,May I call on Mr, Edilberto Q. Gener-EIM Teacher Representatives.
Thank you, Sir Gener.
Another message from the Local Government Unit, please welcome our very supportive
Municipal Mayor, Hon. Dennis M. Sabando.
Thank You, Mayor Sabando
Today, we are also fortunate to have someone here who really finds time to be with us
despite of her tight schedule. We are so blessed to have her here.
Please help me to welcome, Dr. Maria Luisa D. Servando, CESO VI, our Schools
Division Superintendent.

Mr. Shem Jose W. Garcia will now turn over the Assorted Electrical Installation and
Maintenance Solar TECHVOC Equipment course to Dr. Maria Luisa D. Servando and
in turn Dr. Servando will hand over the equipment to Dr. Joel N. Gulane
Congratulations RNCHS!

This event shall not end without hearing some words of encouragement from the
Technical Coordinator of VIVANT Foundation, Inc. Let us welcome, Ms. Elca Gale
Laput for her inspiring words.

To complete the first part of the activity, our Public School District Supervisor of Roxas
Central District will give his Vote of Thanks. Please welcome, the energetic and
dedicated PSDS, Dr. Pedro M. Saavedra.
Thank you very much, Dr. Pet Saavedra!

And that concludes our activity. May we now request our guests to gather for the photo
opportunity. After which, a TVL Laboratory Visit will be done and we are inviting our
guests and visitors to please partake for the food that shall be served at Kalinga
Building. Thank you very much and may you all have a nice day!
