1. If you have BitDefender installed, you must uninstall it

Press the Win + R keys on your keyboard, to open the Run window. Then, type
"control panel" and hit Enter or press OK
2. Change de view by Category, to see this same option, after that Do
click uninstall a program.

3. Select Bitdefender Total Security and do click Uninstall


4. Select the option “I want to uninstall Bitdefender”

5. Accept any request of approbation of windows. And the uninstall


will start.
6. After restarting your computer, use the link that we sent after your
purchase for the Bitdefender installation.

7. Click on the downloaded.


8. The following window will appear. Downloading Bitdefender 2020

9. After installing Bitdefender 2020, click to install Bitdefender


Security.
10. The following window will appear. Click in START USING
BITDEFENDER.

11. If you see this screen, just close this screen and restart the computer.
Don’t check any option. After restarting your Bitdefender should
look like the photo 13 and 14. If does not work, reinstall.
12. If you see this screen, just close this screen and restart the computer.
Don’t create any account or log in with any account. After restarting your
Bitdefender should look like the photo 13 and 14. If does not work, reinstall.

13. Ready! Click in FINISH.


14. You already have Bitdefender installed on your computer.

If you change the account could receive a 30 days trial version or this screen
with subscription expired. If that happens, you must reinstall from the
beginning.
