PHP and MySQL. The Objective of Customer Relationship Management System is to provide a
web based solution using which company can interacts with customers and establish relationship

sales growth of company by establishing relaationship with customer through social media,
email marketing, live chat and phone call.

records of their customer in word file or excel sheet. Currently company send special offers, new
products list and announcement through post or inform customers through SMS and phone calls.
It takes lots of time of company and it is also very expensive. If Customer have any query or
problem regarding product they have to directly visit the company which is very time consuming
and expensive for customer.
