Presale(s) sales duration.
2. LOKET has rights to resell 42nd JGTC 2019 tickets to other parties.
3. LOKET has rights to distribute the sale to another party as LOKET partner.
4. LOKET entitled to all of sales result from the reselling and redistribution.
5. LOKET and its partner have rights to do promotional activities on their own channels.
6. LOKET and its partner are allowed to use all of promotional materials from 42nd JGTC 2019.
7. LOKET entitles the rights to be the first party to know 42nd JGTC 2019 line up and has right to promote it in its platform at the
same time JGTC account made announcement in their in-house channels platforms & marketing channels.
8. GO-TIX as in-house cha nn els of LO KET is a ppointed as Officia I Ticketing Pa rtners. Distribution and/or sa Ie of ticket f rom other
channels must from LOKET bulk-buy quota (including on the spot sales and offline sales) and will deduct LOKET bulk-buy quota.
LOKET shall be coordinator of any other sales and distribution channels. Every channel party of sales and/or distribution must be
partnered to LOKET to sell and/or distribute the ticket.
9. GO-TIX has rights to have dedicated ticket redemption line on the venue event.
10. GO-TIX is allowed to use all of promotional materials from 42nd JGTC 2019.
11. GO-TIXhasaccesstocreatepromotional contentcollaboratedwithlineupandanyofourselectedpartners(pre,during,and
post-Event) liaised and supported by promoter.
12. GO-TIXhasrightstodistributethebulk-buyticketasitssolediscretionperwhatGO-TIXseesfitwithoutanypriorapproval
required from promoter.
13. Terms of Payment: 100% upon signing partnership agreement.
14. The Bulk Buy offering includes On Ground Handling as listed in the quotation.
15. TheBulkBuyofferinglncludesServiceFeefortheamountofticketquotathatisasagreed.
