7:00 a.

m Water - 200 ml + 2 slice of lemon + muskmelon + orange + 5-6 number of grapes


Wake up (soaked overnight in a glass container )

8: 00 Green tea ( 1 cup ) + masala oats / mix veg semolina / vegetable Salsa / sprouts mix
9:00 a.m with some vegetable and olive oil
Breakfast
11 :00 Coconut water - 200 ml + 2 spoon of protein powder ( 10 gm )
Mid morning

1 :00p.m Mix salad ( half cooked ) sometimes use olive oil for dressing / sprouts salad
Lunch Broken wheat with pulses / Creacked wheat upma / Soyachunks ( should be soft )
with vegetable
3:00 p.m Water – 200 ml + half lemon + 1 spoon of cuminseed powder / coconut water
Afternoon
5:00 P.M Green tea - 1 cup + (after 15 minutes ) + mix fruit bowl ( avoid banana , mamngo )
Mid noon

7:00 p.m Milk ( skimmed ) – 150 ml + 2 spoon of protein powder ( 10 gm )


Evening
Vegetable Salsa ( Watery / without chilly ) / Vegetable soup ( boiled cabbage / moringa
8: 30 p.m- 9:00 stick + coriander / spinach / bottle gourd) WITH
Dinner multigrain pongal ( wheat + barley + green dal + corn ) / soyachunks ( should be soft )
/ Brownbread sandwich ( vegetable, once a week )
11: 00 Water – 200 ml + half lemon + 1 spoon of cuminseed powder
Bed time

 Don’t starve more than 3 hours.( small and frequent meal )


 Water intake – 3 liter/ day .
 Use coconut oil.
 Avoid oily , fried food
 avoid potato , rice, banana , mango and high pulpy fruits.
 Resource High Protein powder.
