Measurement of Concentration and Density Via Ultrasonic: More Precise and Faster

Ultrasonic sensors can precisely measure liquid density and concentration by measuring the speed of ultrasound through the liquid. SensoTech produces LiquiSonic sensors that can measure dry matter content in liquids to within 0.1% and provide measurements every 0.5 seconds. The sensors are maintenance-free and can be used for applications in dairy processing, food production, and other industries to monitor quality and phase separation.
