it was not KFC's fault, I negotiated with Water utilities manager to invoice
KFC for 2 months intead of 3 months as the bill was going to be huge and
reduce the tariffs. The invoice ended up being less than what we could have

them the original statements that were used to capture the deposits in the
beginning to resolve their differences

liquidation invoices owed. They demanded payment for their goods and a
ruling was made that they will not be paid. They were so frustrated and did
not want to listen to me. I re-directed them to assistant liquidator to give
them a professional answer and consolation as i understood their frustration

that I am relatively new to and it happened that while I was performing the
fiancial statements for ADA my cash flow was not balancing because I did not
untick some itmes in the software. Since i am not too familiar with it i could
not figure it out and i asked for assistance for a more experienced co-worker.
The issue was then resolved

2 Team Working The ability to operate successfully as a member or leader of a team

that the business opearte smoothly, no services stopped due to none
payments and any other issues. This was demonstrated successfully as none
of the above happened while i was in charge.
