INTRODUCTION
When you view the Earth from space, the most prominent color you see is
blue. It's the water that covers three quarters of our planet. And when you add
up what's inside us humans, you find that the biggest part again is water.
Water is life, and when it is denied, life itself is denied. Water is one of the
natures precious gifts to mankind. a crucial resource for humanity and for the
rest of living beings. We all need it, and not just to drink. Our rivers and lakes,
our coastal, maritime and underground waters are water resources that must
be mentioned.
Water is an essential life sustaining resource whose existence and availability
for human use are often taken for granted. It is often utilized by people who
are unaware of where the water originated and what happens to the water
following use. Beyond meeting direct human use, water enables all living
species to survive and flourish and is a renewable natural resource.
THE LIQUID OF THE LIFE
Water is undoubtedly one of the most crucial elements that is required for the
survival of mankind. It not only keeps an individual in staying healthy and fit;
rather it also makes sure that there is ample energy as well as hydration
provided in the body which will maintain and ensure proper functioning of all
the organs in the human body. It is rightly said that due to water being
available everywhere, it is often taken for granted and loses its true relevance
even though it is one of the vital things required for sustaining life on earth.
Water is a natural resource that every human being on Earth can use to satisfy
his or her needs. According to the well-known facts, a perfectly healthy man
or woman can live from 3 to 5 days without water. But there are some
requirements that should be fulfilled. First of all, the person must be absolutely
healthy. Second of all, he or she must be located in perfect conditions. This
means that the temperature should not be high or low. But this is just a theory.
What are the functions of water? First of all, water can easily quench the thirst.
Besides, it can make us survive, clean or organism and simply recharge our
fatigue. To say more, water is known for its revitalizing functions that make
our skin look better. According to the recent investigations performed by the
scientists, 70% of the human being's body mass is composed of water. Thus,
we can openly state how important this liquid is for us. Water is not only
important to people and animals, but to plants as well.Water is also important
for growth of plants. Water coming through irrigation or rain is responsible for
growing all kinds of plants and vegetation that exists on this planet. So, if we
look deeper, it’s easy to see that if there was no water to feed the plants, there
would be no oxygen for us.It is known that without water, life on earth would
never have begun.
Besides being essential for the proper functioning of the human body, water
promotes life in many other ways. Without it, we can’t grow crops, raise
animals, wash food or maintain a good hygiene.
In the process of studying, work and playing, we all get tired. This means that
our organism is in need of water to recharge fatigue in order to go on with our
everyday activities. It is important to mention that fatigue can be of both
physical and mental nature. Mental fatigues causes extensive sleepiness and
decrease of attention of an individual whereas physical fatigue will make the
muscles tired and pain. As the result of all these aspects, a human being
becomes absolutely sluggish. And finally, water is a precious source for help
when the person is in need of detoxification, which is the process of cleansing
the bacteria in the body of a human being. On this planet, there is no better
helper in the process of detoxification than water! This is definitely the best
agent, and, without any doubts, the cheapest. To make it clear, water is the
most important part of our life. We can spend days without food and still be
alive. But if we got deprived of water, very soon we would close our eyes
forever. Water provides our life with a great variety of advantages. That is why
we have to take care of our health and water is the number one tool to make
use of in the process! For humans and other living beings, water is very
important to be consumed so that our body can continue to function properly.
When a person suffers a state of dehydration or lack of water, our body begins
to lose capabilities to function properly and it could even cause death.
Water is the most essential component of life and is vital for sustenance. The
importance of water in our diet is apparent as it helps the body to perform
specific metabolic tasks and regulates our body temperature, moreover water
is unique as it's density is similar to that of cell protoplasm. There is no doubt
that water is everywhere and it is very important to our Earth and the life
inhabiting it. Water contains no calories and is a significant factor in losing
weight. It is the key component in determining the quality of our lives and is a
universal solvent.
Water is an essential element for our life Access to drinking water reduces the
spread of many infectious diseases. Human vital needs, such as the supply of
food, depend on it. Energy resources and industrial activities that also depend
on water.
The protection of water reserves available on earth is a mutual responsibility
of all the countries, governments and people. Everyone should make an effort
in their capacities to save water. No matter how small, when millions of people
will start saving small amount of water every day, it will surely make a big
difference in the long run.Conserve the liquid of life is everyone's
responsibility.
CONCLUSIONS
Water is an indispensable element for all kinds of life, It is necessary for the
human body to dissolve and transport not only food if not also secretions.
Water consumption is not only important in quantity but in quality, 70% of the
diseases are due to the consumption of contaminated water.
Each of us must be aware that water is an important element for our body,
moisturizes our skin and our body, regulates body temperature, lubricates our
joints and shapes our body.
Water is a human right to which everyone must have access in sufficient
quality and quantity as well as duties on the responsibility for the proper use
of wáter.
Water is very important for our optimal development to be well without any
type of discomfort that prevents us from being in healthy coexistence. To give
it the necessary importance is to be aware of its precious value, to accept that
without the liquid of life we can not live.
Although humanity has known its dependence on water for a long time, in the
world we are now in the same currency as we are, our offer is not unlimited,
and we have to value it accordingly. Water must be managed and protected,
which is not a mere product of consumption, but a natural resource as
essential for future generations as it is for ours. Without water, there can be
no life.
